The NxtGEN Corporate Ovations one day training course was very intense and very practical. In a small group environment, the participants made obvious transformation with practical tools, attentive guidance and endless tips from Paul. Paul delivered a training course to all customer facing members of the Equinix Ireland team. The remit was to present a programme which would give everybody the confidence to develop business relationships, on a personal and professional level, in a way which would enhance their image and the perception of the company in the eyes of the customer. This involved tweaking and developing sales and presentation skills. We as a management team were absolutely delighted with the results. A number of team members, who previously lacked confidence, have delivered internal and external presentations that were of a noticeably higher standard. We now have a team of people who can represent the company in all manner of presentation scenarios. The training also served as a team building exercise which was very positively received by all.

I am writing to thank you for the impact you have had on my career. I had the opportunity twice in the last month to present off-the-cuff to two separate groups of 20 or more individuals. It made me think about my approach. It forced me to step back and look at how I approach different situations and different types. Made it fun, moved everything along quickly. Made a “big” topic easier to absorb.

Every learning experience should light a fire within us and this is certainly true of the NxtGEN programme.
